2. Product Specifications & Certified Quality

Natural Crop Care manufactures and distributes 100% certified organic inputs, bio-fertilizers, neem extractions, and soil conditioners registered in accordance with applicable organic agricultural norms (NOP & ISO standards).

• Product efficacy may vary according to soil type, climate, water quality, and adherence to prescribed application dosage.
• Dosage instructions provided on product packaging or agronomist consultations are advisory guidelines.
• Organic formulations are batch-tested to ensure optimum colony-forming units (CFU) and nutrient potency.

3. Ordering, Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on the portal are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of statutory GST where applicable.

• Payment Methods: We support direct UPI QR transfers, bank transfers, and verified merchant checkout. Orders undergo admin verification upon screenshot/UTR matching.
• Pricing Integrity: Prices and volume discounts are subject to update based on raw material availability without prior notice. Confirmed paid orders are honored at the transacted rate.

4. Logistics, Doorstep Delivery & Depot Takeaway

Customers may select between Doorstep Courier Delivery (via Shiprocket logistics partners) or Direct Self-Pickup at our verified factory depots.

• Doorstep Delivery: Live shipping rates are calculated dynamically based on package weight and destination pincode. Tracking numbers (AWB) are shared once dispatched.
• Self-Pickup: Pickup orders incur zero freight charges. Customers must present their Order ID and OTP/ID verification at the factory depot counter.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising out of transactions on this portal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad / Rangareddy District, Telangana.
