- Order & Payment Verification: Purchased items, delivery preferences, and payment transaction references (UTR / screenshot) for manual verification.
- Authentication: Secure OAuth tokens (Google Login) and encrypted password hashes. We never store plain-text passwords.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is collected strictly for fulfilling agricultural supply operations:
- Processing, packaging, and dispatching your bio-fertilizer orders.
- Automating live courier tracking via our authorized logistics provider (Shiprocket).
- Providing agronomist advice and crop dosage recommendations requested via enquiry forms.
- Issuing GST tax invoices and maintaining statutory sales records.
3. Zero Third-Party Selling Policy
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketing companies, brokers, or external advertisers.
Data is shared solely with trusted service partners required to deliver your goods (e.g., Shiprocket logistics courier partners for package delivery and Cloudflare R2 for secure invoice storage).

Our infrastructure employs industry-standard security protocols:
- Enterprise PostgreSQL encryption at rest and in transit via TLS 1.3.
- Row-Level Security (RLS) policies ensuring customers only access their own orders and addresses.
- HttpOnly secure session cookies to prevent cross-site scripting (XSS) and unauthorized token extraction.
