1. Delivery Modes Available

To best serve individual farmers, nursery growers, and bulk agricultural buyers, Natural Crop Care provides two fulfillment methods:

1. Doorstep Courier Delivery

Delivered directly to your farm or home address via Shiprocket logistics network (Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Shadowfax).

2. Factory Depot Takeaway (Free)

Pick up your packaged bio-inputs directly from our verified factory depot counter with ₹0 delivery charge.

2. Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Order Processing: Orders are verified and packaged at our Pedda Amberpet plant within 24 to 48 business hours of payment verification.
  • Local & Intra-State (Telangana & Andhra Pradesh): Estimated delivery is 2 to 4 business days post-dispatch.
  • Rest of India (Inter-State): Estimated delivery is 4 to 7 business days depending on destination pincode accessibility.

3. Live Courier Tracking (Real-Time AWB)

Once your shipment is assigned a courier partner on Shiprocket:

  • A real Air Waybill number (AWB) and live tracking link will be visible under your Customer Dashboard.
  • Automated webhook updates transition your order status in real time from READY_FOR_DISPATCH $\rightarrow$ DISPATCHED $\rightarrow$ DELIVERED.

4. Damaged or Tampered Packages

Our bio-inputs are packaged in heavy-duty HDPE sealed containers and multi-ply poly bags. If you notice severe leakage or physical transit damage upon arrival:

  • Please capture a clear photo/video before unboxing.
  • Notify our farmer helpline at +91-9494541147 or via WhatsApp within 48 hours for immediate replacement assistance.
